We have strong contacts within the major estate agents and solicitors within Edinburgh, with access to a wide range of properties that are not currently being advertised online, and we can let you know of properties which suit your individual requirements.
Agents will only introduce these properties to a select small number of pre-qualified buyers due to the sensitivity and confidentiality involved in these sales. Buyers being represented by an agent are taken more seriously as agents and sellers can be assured that we have carried out our due diligence before commencing viewings.
Our off-market service includes, but is not limited to:
• We will identify suitable properties which are for sale privately through both estate agents and solicitors in Edinburgh.
